No. We implement and support Braze without a partnership, so our advice isn't tied to it.
Does Braze have a free plan?
No. Braze prices by quote, scaling with your monthly active users, and says it doesn't offer a free plan.
Can Braze send WhatsApp messages?
Yes. WhatsApp is a native Braze channel, though availability depends on your package.
Where is Braze data hosted?
Braze runs clusters in the US, the EU, Australia, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea, none of them in Africa. Under POPIA that's a cross-border transfer, which is fine if it's handled properly.
